SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped (2-3 business days) you will recieve an email with a tracking number.

Simply head to our "track" page and input your tracking number.

* Please note tracking may not be updated immediatley, we can assure you its on its way.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed.

We usually ship all orders within 2 business days.

Once I order something, what happens next?

You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders are usually delivered within 8-12 business days after dispatch.

Kindly note that deliveries to certain remote locations may take a few extra days.

How much does shipping cost?

JEWELRY

Does your jewelry tarnish?

All our jewelry is made with the highest quality materials to prevent as much tarnishing as possible - although all jewelry will tarnish over time.

To minimize this happening we suggest:

1. Keep it dry as much as possible

2. Store in a cool dry place

3. Use a protective spray

Can I detach your pendants?

Yes! You can detach all our pendants from the chain and change them out as you like.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

All pieces are nickel-free and suitable for everyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

What material do you use in your jewelry?

All our jewelry are made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our jewelry 100% waterproof!

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. 

When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to afteranime.com

What is the purchase currency?

When making a purchase on our website all payments are charged in USD.

TROUBLESHOOTING

I can't place an order?

If you are experiencing problems in the checkout, please try following actions:

- Try with another browser 

- Try with another device 

 - Empty the cookies in the browser that you are using

This usually solves these kind of problems. If you still are experiencing problems, please contact our customer support team. 

Can I cancel, update or change my address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Payment Issues

If you experience a problem when paying with a credit or debit card at the checkout, we recommend you to try following actions:

- Make sure that your card is open for international payments
- Try another card or contact your bank

I have placed an order but haven't recieved confirmation?

You have probably entered the wrong email address. Please contact our customer support team and describe the problem. Make sure to include your full name and the date the order was placed.

Will I have to pay taxes / duty fees?

No! Toxxica ships to our customers with duty & taxes paid. No bad surprises.
